Delete your SwellPro account

SwellPro is operated by אלף שיווק דיגיטלי. You can delete your account in the app or request deletion here without installing the app.

Delete in the app

After signing in, open Profile → Account management → Delete my account. For security, you will be asked to verify your identity again with Google or Apple before confirming deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email allef.info.il@gmail.com and say you want to delete your SwellPro account. Include the email address you used to sign in, if known. We will contact you to verify your identity before deleting the account. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or private keys.

What is deleted and what may remain?

Deletion removes your SwellPro authentication account and your personal AI usage counts from our server. We also submit a customer-data deletion request to RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider. Data required by law, transaction records held by app stores, and limited security logs may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Forecasts remain available without an account.

Important: Deleting your SwellPro account does not delete your Google or Apple account or cancel an active subscription. To prevent further charges, cancel separately through Google Play or Apple, depending on where you purchased it.
